~ General Information ~

All Funky Cow glass beads and cabochons are handmade by Cathryn Throup, and are fully annealed in a digitally controlled kiln.

Jewellery items offered for sale on this website are also handmade by me, using my own beads or glass.

All findings used are Sterling Silver, unless stated otherwise.

Every effort is made to represent colours accurately. However, it is possible that the colours shown may vary slightly from the actual product due to variations in monitor settings and internet browser settings.

~ ORDERING ~

You can order online, using the shopping cart, and your transaction will be securely processed by Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to order - you will be given the option to sign up to Paypal after your transaction, but you do not have to do this. Alternatively, you can E-Mail me on   or call me on 07986308316 to order.

~ PRIVACY ~

Your right to privacy is respected. Funky Cow will not sell or otherwise disclose information to third parties. Any information you provide is used only for the purposes of fulfilling your order. You will only receive the Funky Cow bead alert if you have subscribed to it, and you may unsubscribe at any time. All website sale transactions are carried out through Paypal's encrypted server, and Funky Cow has no access to customers' credit card details

I endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, and orders will normally reach customers within a week. If, for any reason there is likely to be a delay in the processing of your order, you will be notified by E-Mail.

~ Returns ~

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not I will offer an exchange or refund, less postage costs. Unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. It is strongly recommended that you use a signed-for service when returning items.

Please note that earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
